Welcome to FlourishFM. Our names are Melanie Pollock (I’m on the left) and Kerry Lee (that’s me on the right). We are both passionate and progressive financial managers, bookkeepers and accountants. We are dedicated to providing you with the means to be free from the financial burdens of your business, so you can focus more on what you’re good at and what actually makes the money.

We began our accounting careers together over 12 years ago. Even back then we both recognised a need by business owners to be empowered in the financial management of their business.

Of course our lives took different paths. Kerry managed her own family business while continuing work within the accounting industry. Melanie also stayed in accounting, but soon switched into a career in business banking. Every customer interaction kept revealing to us that business owners were really in need of more effective ways of managing their finances.

Our paths crossed again and in 2011 we determined it was time to throw caution to the wind and so began FlourishFM. The name came about after many brainstorming sessions. We wanted something that reflected our personality and what we wanted to achieve as a business, while at the same time encompassing the needs and opportunities for our clients. And so FlourishFM blossomed!

We are passionate about creating happy success for our clients. Recently we have taken on new staff as our business rapidly expands.
